Mr. Williams has been training with the PDI Smart™ Academy for over three years. He's earned the position of Executive Director of teams where he provides vision and strategic planning for key PDI Smart™ business units. He's also a Certified Purpose Deficit Disorders™ Coach who shares a passion for disrupting athletics with solutions that reverse the effects of PDD. He specializes in moving audiences to new levels of purpose in sports management, athletics, coaching and player development, recruiting, NIL, youth development, men development and education.
